What this website does

Images, fonts, videos and interactive scripts are served from this website’s own hosting. This build does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, an Instagram feed, a clinical upload feature or patient accounts. Historic Instagram images are locally saved snapshots; Instagram itself is opened only when you follow a link.

Enquiries and personal information

The contact page has an enquiry form. The details you enter (your name, your email address and your message) are delivered to our partnership mailbox, [email protected], so we can reply. Delivery goes through a transactional email provider on our behalf, and a hidden field helps filter automated submissions. This website does not keep a copy of your message. Please do not include medical records, symptoms, identifiers or other sensitive health information in a general enquiry.

Hosting and third-party links

Your hosting provider may process standard server logs, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and access times, to deliver and protect the website. Retention and access must be set by the site operator. If you open Instagram, another venture website or an external reference, its own privacy practices apply.

Future clinical services

This website is not a clinical data system. Operational privacy notices, consent controls, provider agreements and jurisdiction-specific safeguards must be established before any future FeatherCare or partner practice service launches. References to a planned partner pathway are not a certification of present compliance.
